Education:
In 2000 he graduated from the Bachelor"s Degree in International Relations at St. Petersburg State University. Diploma with honors.
In 2002 he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations (Regional Studies, European Studies). Diploma with honors.
Since 2004 - candidate of political sciences.
Since 2003 - teaches at the faculty, now is an assistant professor of the Department of European Studies at the Faculty of International Relations.

Current position and work activity:
Since 2000 - the faculty member, since 2004 - the head of the information service and work with the press.
From 2007 to 2011, the head of the Information Technology and Information Support Department (OIITO).
The editor-in-chief of the St. Petersburg International.
Since 2007 - 2013 Program Manager Applied Informatics.
Since 2008 - Member of the Academic Council of the Faculty.
From 2011 - 2014 Deputy Head of the Department of Information Technologies in International Relations, Political Science, Sociology and Economics USAID SPbU
